I think that only a couple of you guessed what was actually going on in this photo.  But here is the answer:
This was the filming of a Turbo Tax TV commercial!

For my friends outside the US, Turbo Tax is an American tax preparation service.  The theme of the TV ad is apparently when you use Turbo Tax to have your Federal income taxes prepared, you will get your (huge) tax refund from the US government so quickly that it will feel like Mardi Gras, and you will want to go out and party!
